antique car for sale: the above works .... i have been a full time restorer of radios for close to 10 years ... we now do 2 (two) antique car auction shows per year.... one in early may and the other over labor day week... one is a 3 day show.. the other a 6 day show... i also have a website.. since i am also a ham radio nut... we also do the dayton hamfest... sell some wooden radios .. and a way to get rid of the ham stuff we don't want that always seems to collect .... notice i so far didn't mention e-bay ... i sell sometimes... junk and parts.. and stuff i don't want there... but have never managed to be able to sell any of our restored radios there... they don't last long enough for me to get an excess of them ... i have two of my friends that are now restoring some chassis for us on a part-time basis ... and still have a backlog of work thats about 6 months... don't think i ever posted any radios for sale in this newsgroup other than some rare finds that i didn't want myself and thought someone in the group might want...

antique car for sale: i have talked to numerous people about this and the answer is always the same: "after watching really fast cars drag race, would you watch a stock model t or model a or a stock 1912 buick or whatever antique car go down the quarter mile?" the answer is always the same, the guy lights up in the face and says with enthusiasm "heck yeah, i'd watch that. thay would be cool." i've never seen it though. and really, i don't know why not because to keep it to the sale sale floor for 20 seconds wouldn't be all that abusive on some of these old timers. doug
antique car for sale: i am buying an antique car that is currently rregistered in new york. i live in pennsylvania. the vehicle owner tells me that ny does not issue titles for vehicle older than 1973. in pa a title is required to transfer ownership and get tags. anyone have any experience with this sale situation? what documentation do i need from the seller?
