rustic lighting: but i haven't stayed in town in a long time. mostly i've gone camping in the mendocino woodlands, a huge campground in the redwoods just outside of town. it has cabins - *very* rustic, no electricity or water - with small cots to sleep in, although you can bring your own tent if you prefer. bathrooms with lighting and flush toilets are placed here and there and aren't a far walk from any of the camping areas.
rustic lighting: i'd like to buy some lamps for a window room on the back of my house. everybody calls it my bird room because it's where i watch my back yard and my feeders and birdbath. i started buying large scale furniture but i need some lighting that isn't dinky. does anyone know where i can get lamps (floor and table) that look like trees? i got a small one for my desk from national wildlife but they don't have a floor lamp. i'm not looking for rustic. not necessarily wood. something that looks like a tree or branch. birds on it would be great. rustic lighting: to be perfectly frank, i was startled into disbelief when i first came across the rustic wooden homes of the people of new england. invariably they badly need repainted. street lighting, roads, and pavements (where they exist) are frankly appalling. all of this quite unacceptable in the uk rustic lighting: my favorite is paul's porterhouse off of stemmons on composite. it's very quiet. rustic wooden decor; subdued lighting. attentive waitstaff. good steaks and wild game. i also like the garlic dressing on their salads, and the big block of cheese they bring to the table. steak prices run about $18-$30 depending on cut and size, but includes the salad, potato, and possibly a cup of quail soup (if they still do that.) you can also ask for free bananas foster if you tell your waiter "i heard about it on klif". rustic lighting: we would like to install lighting on the underside of our porch roof. the surface mount light choices we have seen are not very attractive, and do not blend well with the "rustic" nature of our home. we also do not have enough headroom for any kind of hanging light. so, i'm curious if recessed lights can be mounted in an exterior location like this? | |
